- Crawl Space Clean-Up with Insulation Removal — 1 jobFull clean-out of the 1,128 sq ft crawl space: the old ground cover, the existing floor insulation, debris and trash come out and get hauled away, so the floor is clear before the new barrier goes down.
- Remove Existing Floor Insulation — 1,128 sq ftThe existing insulation is taken out of the floor joist bays as part of the clean-out — included at no charge.
- New Floor Insulation — 1,128 sq ftNew R-19 faced batt insulation is installed between the floor joists and secured in place, so the floor above keeps its warmth instead of feeding heat into a damp crawl space.
- New Vapor Barrier — 1,128 sq ftA new white 10 mil vapor barrier covers the crawl space floor, lapped at the piers and perimeter and secured with staples or wire pins — the ground stops putting moisture back into the new insulation.
